- We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team on a 1-year contract basis.
- The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with managers and candidates.
- Manage offer process and candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ recruitment experience (consulting or manufacturing preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles under tight timelines.
- Must reside on the mainland, Lagos.
