We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to support our talent acquisition and employer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both employers and job seekers.

• Source and identify qualified candidates through the platform and other recruitment channels
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system
• Communicate professionally with candidates regarding application status
• Support employers in optimizing job postings and candidate selection
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports
• Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and company standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
