Job Description

  • The Regional Manager & Regional Administrator
    is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, staff administration, and salary administration in the assigned region. This role ensures compliance with company policies, drives the achievement of regional recruitment goals, and supports employee management to foster productivity and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all recruitment activities within the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Oversee staff administration, including onboarding, records management, and compliance.
  • Supervise salary administration processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, or people management (preferably with regional oversight).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment and staff administration processes effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws and salary administration practices.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to details.
