Regional Medical Engagement Officer – Africa at Ksatria Medical Systems

Ksatria Medical Systems is expanding across Africa with our cloud-based hospital management system, eHospital. We are seeking a mission-driven medical or public health professional to join us as a 

. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for hospitals, clinics, and local partners—helping drive adoption of digital healthcare solutions.  We welcome suitable candidates from any African country.

• Engage with healthcare providers and respond to demo enquiries
• Support local partners with sales, onboarding, and client engagement
• Conduct research and outreach in your region (e.g. Ghana, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe)
• Participate in sales calls and product walkthroughs
• Help shape regional strategy with real-world insights

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years’ experience in healthcare, public health, or partner-facing roles
• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and passionate about healthcare transformation
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Background in medicine, nursing, public health, or health-related tech preferred
