Drive revenue growth and market share within the Southern region through effective sales leadership and strategic business development.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company targets in cybersecurity and ICT solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer relationships.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver on sales goals and KPIs.
Work closely with Presales, Technical, and Marketing teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
Analyze regional market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and forecasts.
Negotiate and close high-value deals with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
Prepare periodic sales reports and performance reviews for senior management.

Qualifications / Technical Requirements

A minimum of a B.Sc./B.Eng./B.Tech. in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in ICT or Cybersecurity Sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or regional leadership role.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and enterprise IT solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for regional growth.
Professional certifications in Sales, ITIL, or OEM-related fields will be an added advantage.
Age: 35–45 years
