Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Alpha Morgan Capital is seeking for a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving business growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide expert financial advice and tailored solutions to meet clients’ goals and needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions and services.
  • Monitor industry trends and market developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and financial plans to clients and senior management.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
