Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard potential clients within assigned communities.
- Educate clients on microfinance products (loans, savings, and insurance).
- Conduct credit appraisals, business assessments, and group formation.
- Manage loan disbursement, repayments, and portfolio monitoring.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure loan recovery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits.
- Provide financial literacy and customer education sessions.
- Prepare accurate reports on portfolio performance and client activities.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, Microfinance, or related field.
- Prior experience in microfinance, banking, or sales is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in the field and engage with communities.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and commitment to client service.
