Job Description

The Relationship Offier will handle the following Responsibilities

Supervision of customer’s enquires
Supervision & Sales of VITEL WIRELESS sim cards/Airtime/Data
Supervision of Sim cards activation on KYC app
Supervision & Sales of VITEL WIRELESS Routers and Mifis
Activation of Mobile Agents, Supervise & work closely with the mobile agents to monitor their performances
Repond to Mobile Agent’s issues and escalate same to the Management and VITEL WIRELESS team where necessary.
