AdditionalTerms & Conditions:
Applicable Withholding Tax (2% WHT)will be deducted.
Quotations submission requirements:
- Complete quote for all items on RFQ on letterhead signed
- Company CAC and TIN details
- Preferred vendors who have a physical presence in Sokoto is an added advantage.
- Warranty on the items
- After services maintenance for at least 6 months is an added advantage
Incomplete offersshall not be examined
Evaluationcriteria:
- Offers will be evaluated basedon their responsiveness to the specification, price, payment terms & delivery time.
- CBM reserves the right to reject anyor all bidswhen considered to be in the bestinterest of the organisation and/or the people it serves.
