Job Description
Key Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in research, economics, or BI.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power Bl or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Experience as an Economist or Researcher is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and economic shifts.
- Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis.
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research.
- Analyse complex datasets (Excel, Power BI/Tableau).
- Deliver concise, executive-ready reports and recommendations.
- Maintain internal knowledge and research repositories.
