Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new chicken and meat products in line with market trends and customer needs.
- Improve existing recipes, formulations, and production processes for better quality, yield, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to execute product trials and scale-ups.
- Ensure all product formulations comply with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, ingredients, and global best practices in meat processing.
- Evaluate raw materials, packaging, and preservation techniques to enhance shelf life and product performance.
- Manage laboratory activities, documentation, and performance testing of prototypes.
- Provide technical training and support to production teams on new products and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Meat Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in R&D or product development within the chicken or meat processing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful food products.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Innovative mindset with a strong passion for quality and consumer satisfaction.
