We're searching for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the magic happening at our four vibrant locations in Ilorin and Malete: two full-service restaurants and two fast-paced Quick Serve Restaurants (QSRs).

This isn't just about managing a single spot—it's about leading a diverse portfolio of culinary experiences. You'll be the conductor of an exciting operation, ensuring both our fine dining and quick-service teams deliver top-tier service, operational excellence, and a memorable experience for every guest.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire four teams across our different concepts.
• Drive revenue and control costs, ensuring profitability across the portfolio.
• Maintain impeccable standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing staff.
• Handle all aspects of daily operations, from front-of-house to back-of-house.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably with multi-unit or diverse concept experience.
• A natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a knack for problem-solving.
• Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of restaurant P&L.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
