We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fine dining establishment.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring smooth operations, staff performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent fine dining service standards.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring professionalism and guest satisfaction.
Manage reservations, guest relations, and resolve customer concerns promptly and elegantly.
Monitor and control inventory, food & beverage costs, and waste management.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain menu quality and service flow.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, upselling, and customer retention.
Manage budgets, payroll, and financial reporting for the restaurant.
Maintain a positive brand image through excellent service and guest experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
5+ years’ proven experience in restaurant management, preferably fine dining.
Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, customer service, and hospitality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
