Job Description
Job summary
:
As a Retail floor assistant, you will provide excellent customer service, maintain a well-organised and fully stocked shelf. Support the overall store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
:
- Monitor stock levels on the floor and promptly report shortages.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and arranging stocks.
- Welcome, assist and guide customers to product locations.
- Ensure shelves are neat, clean, and properly labelled.
- Escalate customer complaints/product queries to the pharmacist.
Qualifications and Skills
:
- Minimum of an OND in pure and applied sciences or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in pharmacy or retail is an advantage.
