- We are seeking motivated Retail Sales Interns to enhance our customer experience and drive sales in Lekki.
Job Description
- As an Intern Support Staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and support on the shop floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers and ensuring store operations support our company goals.
- You will assist with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases, process transactions, and handle returns and exchanges.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are properly displayed.
- Familiarize yourself with products and services offered by the store, providing accurate information to customers.
- Work effectively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification is required.
- OND, HND, and B.Sc. holders are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be between 18 and 30 years of age.
- Candidates should be smart, intelligent, and presentable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment is necessary
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
- Available to work long shifts, including weekends and holidays.
