Job Description
Job Summary
- Vitel Wireless is seeking energetic, target-driven, and well-connected individuals to join our team as Sales Ambassadors across Lagos Mainland and Lagos Island.
- This role is ideal for professionals with strong field sales experience and a passion for building strategic partnerships within the telecommunications space.
Key Responsibilities
- Scout and onboard strategic partners to expand market presence
- Identify, recruit, and onboard mobile agents across assigned territories
- Drive product activations and ensure consistent sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and agents
- Monitor agent performance and provide necessary support to achieve targets
- Represent the brand professionally in all engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND (Higher National Diploma) or equivalent
- Must reside in Lagos Mainland or Lagos Island
- Applicants must clearly state their exact residential location/axis (e.g., Ikeja, Yaba, Surulere, Lekki, Ajah, Ikorodu, etc.)
- Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (telecom experience is an added advantage)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of Lagos markets and territories
- Ability to meet and exceed assigned targets.
