As a Mid-Level

Sales & Business Development Officer
 at RUN, you have expertise in market insights, relationship-building, and innovative sales strategies. You are Skilled in lead generation, closing high-value deals, and exceeding revenue targets. You are Adept at API/B2B integrations, customer engagement, and market expansion. You have Proven ability to drive growth, optimize sales performance, and build strategic partnerships. You are ready to roll up your sleeves, build a passionate team, and build a business at light speed while tackling the large Nigerian parcel shipping market. You will make sure that our amazing services are available and perfectly executed to our customers conveniently and seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing in Cooperate clients to partner with the organization.
  • Develop and Execute Business Development ideas to help move the company forward.
  • Ideas to help push the Brand to its prospective customers/clients
  • Developing and executing high-impact business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Cultivating and nurturing key partnerships to enhance market presence and drive collaborative success, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional sales performance and exceed revenue targets.
  • Finding the most innovative ways to connect Products and Services with their end users.
  • Negotiate and close highly profitable deals and build customer loyalty.
  • Generating and converting leads, meeting and/or exceeding sales goals/targets.
  • Establishing the technical/API/B2B needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products and integrations.
  • Preparing weekly & monthly reports, and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Seeking out and converting potential RUN API/B2B customers both offline and online.
  • Managing customer questions and requests, following up with customers, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Creating & maintaining a reliable customer feedback program for API/B2B users.
  • Creating proposals and Compiling reports related to RUN products.
  • Maintaining relationships with key RUN API/B2B customers and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
  • Coordinating sales efforts, finding & developing new markets, and improving API/B2B customers.
  • Prepare periodical sales performance reports for the company’s management.
  • Leveraging a unique blend of market insight, relationship-building skills, and innovative thinking to unlock new opportunities and drive revenue growth for the company and its partners.

Requirements

  • Education
    : Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    : 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development (experience in the logistics services sector a plus).
  • Working knowledge of the eCommerce and logistics industry
  • Communication
    : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills
    : Strong ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Problem Solving
    : Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Attention to Detail
    : Highly organized with a focus on quality, precision, and execution.
