Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities, including homeowners, businesses, and corporate clients.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers (individuals, businesses, NGOs, and institutions).
- Promote Solar Depot’s products and services — including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and full solar packages.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy and help them select the right solutions for their needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet agreed-upon sales targets and report progress to the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven sales or marketing experience (solar industry experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of solar products (training will be provided).
