Job Description

Strategy & Planning:
Develop multi-channel marketing strategies, identify new markets, and plan campaigns for new product launches.
Campaign Management:
Oversee execution across digital, social, content, email, and paid media; manage projects and timelines.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and manage internal marketing teams or external agencies.
Budgeting:
Determine and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency.
Performance & Analysis:
Set KPIs, monitor metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness (e.g., conversion rates), and report on results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with sales, product, and senior leadership to align marketing with overall business goals.
Brand & Product Promotion:
Craft messaging, manage brand image, and coordinate events/launches.
