Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Lagos Mainland.
- The Sales and Marketing Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing training to the sales team.
- The specialist will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and develop sales teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
