Enchant Gifts is a high-volume gifting and production company. We process a large number of customized orders daily, and precision, speed, and accountability are critical.

We are seeking an

who will take full ownership of orders from the point of confirmation through internal handoff to production, packing, and delivery. This role sits at the center of operations and ensures that every order is correctly documented, communicated, and tracked across teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and capable of working in a fast-moving, developing operational environment.

1. Receive and verify confirmed orders from the sales/customer support team.
2. Accurately capture and document all order details, including:
   • Customer information
   • Delivery address and state
   • Product(s) ordered
   • Customization details (letters, PDFs, images, NFC links, notes)
3. Ensure all customization content is properly formatted and forwarded to the production team without errors.
4. Maintain and update order records using internal tracking tools (spreadsheets, order management systems, etc.).
5. Serve as the operational bridge between sales, production, and delivery teams.
6. Ensure zero mix-ups, missed details, or undocumented changes to orders.
