Sales Associate – Fashion Retail at a Repiutable Company

We are looking for a passionate, sales-driven, and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our retail store. The ideal candidate must genuinely enjoy selling, confidently engage customers, provide styling recommendations, and create an exceptional in-store shopping experience.

This role is perfect for someone with strong upselling skills who is also confident assisting customers on the floor with outfit selections, styling advice, and product recommendations.

• Attend to walk-in and online customers professionally
• Drive sales and meet store targets
• Upsell products and recommend additional items
• Assist customers with styling suggestions and outfit coordination
• Provide excellent support on the retail floor
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support day-to-day store operations

• Previous fashion retail experience is required
• Strong sales and upselling skills
• Passion for fashion and styling
• Ability to confidently recommend outfits and suggest complementary items
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, proactive, and well-presented
• Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of retail floor operations
