About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associates to join our growing team.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of services (cleaning and pest control) as well as cleaning chemicals and hygiene products.
The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for cleaning services, pest control services, and cleaning chemical products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Present and demonstrate company services and products to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company standards.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements & Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in cleaning, pest control, or FMCG/chemical sales).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of cleaning services, pest control, or chemical products (training will be provided).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Valid driving license is preferred.
