- The Sales Associate is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the furniture manufacturing industry.
- The role involves promoting the company’s range of furniture products, understanding client needs, and ensuring a seamless sales process from inquiry to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Attend to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide guidance on product selection based on client needs and preferences.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s furniture products, features, and benefits.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' quota carrying sales experience in a retail company
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
