Job Description
Role Overview
- The Sales & Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting client companies that need recruitment services.
- The role requires building relationships, pitching solutions, and consistently delivering on sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients (SMEs, corporates, NGOs, startups).
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate new business.
- Deliver sales pitches and presentations to HR decision-makers.
- Negotiate terms and close recruitment service agreements.
- Maintain a pipeline of active prospects and provide weekly sales updates.
- Collaborate with Operations Executive to align client needs with service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 – 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in HR/recruitment).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets remotely.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
