Job Description

We are seeking experienced and result-driven Sales Executives with a strong background in the construction industry to join our growing team.

Location: 10 Westerner Industrial Ave, Isheri Oke, Ojodu Berger, Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and project managers
Promote and sell construction-related products/services
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2–3 years proven sales experience in the construction industry
Strong network within the construction sector (contractors, developers, procurement officers, etc.)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in sales of Tiles is an added advantage.
Proximity to Berger, Lagos is important
