Job Description
Location: :10 Westerner Industrial Ave, Isheri Oke, Ojodu Berger, Lagos Nigeria.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and project managers
- Promote and sell construction-related products/services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular sales reports to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years proven sales experience.
- Strong network within the construction sector (contractors, developers, procurement officers, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
