Job Description

Location: :10 Westerner Industrial Ave, Isheri Oke, Ojodu Berger, Lagos Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and project managers
  • Promote and sell construction-related products/services
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide regular sales reports to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years proven sales experience.
  • Strong network within the construction sector (contractors, developers, procurement officers, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
