What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate loan applications & assess creditworthiness
- Guide customers through the lending process
- Cross-sell financial products & meet monthly targets
- Build strong client relationships and maintain a 90%+ retention rate
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Loan Officer
- Strong communication, negotiation & analytical skills
- Proficiency with MS Office & financial software
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
