Job Description
- We are hiring experienced Sales Executives for the Eastern part of Nigeria to drive business growth, manage retail and sub-distributor channels, and deliver strong secondary sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Supply bulk volumes to sub-distributors and large retail outlets to strengthen distribution.
- Expand the numeric distribution and ensure product availability across all routes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and sub-distributors.
- Drive visibility and branding execution at the point of sale.
- Provide accurate sales reports, stock balancing updates, and market feedback.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in the FMCG field sales in any of the eastern region locations where you're applying.
- Proven track record of driving bulk secondary sales in the drinks/beverage sector.
- Excellent sales orientation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the eastern region market, distribution network, and sales routes.
- Must be disciplined, accountable, and performance-driven.
