We are a fast-growing fashion footwear brand passionate about redefining style and culture. Our sales channels span B2C (direct customers) and B2B (retailers/distributors). We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive who understands the fashion landscape, thrives on meeting ambitious targets, and can independently build and manage sales pipelines across multiple channels.
Role Overview
As a
Sales Executive
, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by:
- Managing direct-to-customer (B2C)sales through Instagram, WhatsApp, Ecommerce, and calls.
- Expanding distributor/retailer (B2B)networks with a target of 10 new distributors in H2.
- Actively prospecting, pitching, and closing deals across multiple sales channels.
- Exploring new sales channels and growth opportunities for the brand.
- Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment, Production, and Operations teamsto ensure a smooth sales cycle.
This role is designed to grow into a
Sales Lead
position if executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly sales of ₦5M minimum, with commissions applying to all profits above target.
- Manage existing and new distributor relationships(starting with 25 pairs per distributor).
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales pushes.
- Provide structured reporting on sales pipelines, customer feedback, and distributor performance.
- Develop creative and efficient ways to meet sales targets across both digital and offlinechannels.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years proven sales experience, preferably infashion, retail, or lifestyle products.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales dynamics.
- Self-managed, target-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ecommerce tools and social media sales strategies.
- Strong industry network is an advantage.
