Sales Manager at Leadway Assurance Company

We are looking for an insurance Sales Manager to be responsible for managing, and coordinating a team on marketing the company's products. He/ she will  monitor sales goals and ensure the teams objectives are achieved through supervision, advertising and presentation of products and services, train the team on the products and services and ensure the  development of a formidable team.

•  Setting sales objectives.
• Providing sales strategies, feedback and marketing plans.
• keeping up to date with industry developments.
• Contributing to meeting sales targets.
• Market sourcing and management 
•  Responding to customers queries.

• Previous Banking & or Insurance experience.
• Previous sales, marketing and customer relationship experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Must be passionate in providing support and motivation.
• Must be goaldriven and result oriented
