Sales Manager (Pharmacist) at Vastovers Group

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager (Pharmacist) to join our team. As a Sales Manager working in an office environment, you will oversee the entire sales team and manage sales operations and product supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Demonstrate adequate knowledge of products and sales processes while effectively managing sales personnel.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Analyze data to set staff targets and evaluate performance; inform product sales outcomes, distribution decisions, identify areas for improvement, and streamline operations to enhance efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with customers, prescribers, recommenders, and other business partners.
• Collaborate with various departments; coordinate, supervise, and coach the sales team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community pharmacy practice or sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with point-of-sale software and systems.
