Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive
with a strong background in
solar energy solutions
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in
channel development or B2B sales
, with a strong understanding of the Nigerian energy market. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, managing dealer/distributor relationships, and driving revenue growth in the SME and commercial segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with
    channel partners, dealers, and corporate clients
    .
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in the
    SME, commercial, and institutional sectors
    .
  • Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in assigned regions.
  • Provide technical and product guidance to partners and clients where needed.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product demos.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience
    in
    channel or B2B sales
    within the
    solar or power backup industry
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    solar inverters, batteries, and off-grid/on-grid solutions
    .
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with
    distributors, installers, or EPCs
    in the Nigerian solar sector.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory and incentive frameworks in renewable energy.
