Job Overview

We are currently recruiting

Sales Associates, Marketing Associates, and Business Developers
for our client in the Fintech Industry
to support the growth and adoption of
PoS Terminals across Lagos
. Successful candidates will be responsible for driving product awareness, onboarding businesses, closing sales, and building strong client relationships. 

This role is primarily remote, with occasional physical meetings, field marketing activities, client visits, or training sessions when required.

Work Mode:
Remote (occasional physical meetings when required)

Salary:
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote, market, and sell PoS terminals to SMEs, retailers, and agents.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new businesses needing payment solutions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption.
  • Conduct field marketing, customer engagement, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Provide onboarding support and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor performance, track targets, and provide market feedback.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales, marketing, and business development targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification:
    SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc.
  • Must reside in
    Lagos (preferably Lagos Island)
    .
  • Previous experience in
    sales, marketing, business development, fintech, or financial services
    is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using digital tools.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and target-oriented.
