Sales & Marketing Executive at a Property Advisory Firm

Are you a persuasive sales professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for real estate? We are hiring!

We are an advisory firm that helps clients purchase residential and commercial properties abroad, providing expert guidance and a bespoke consultation process. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into paying clients for our $1,200 bespoke consultation service. After the consultation, clients decide whether to proceed with our full advisory services.

You will also play a key role in promoting the company by creating engaging marketing content for our social media platforms.

• Convince and convert prospective clients to pay for our $1,200 bespoke consultation 
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet clients physically at their preferred venues when required
• Create engaging marketing and promotional videos for social media
• Contribute to business growth strategies
• Demonstrate leadership and help manage sales processes effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (real estate or high-ticket sales experience is a strong advantage)
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
• Strong management and leadership abilities
• Confident in front of the camera and able to create marketing video content
• Must own a personal computer (PC)
• Must be based in Abuja and willing to meet clients physically when required
• Professional appearance and communication skills
