Job Description
Kayima Bistro is expanding and we are looking for
result-driven Sales & Marketing Representatives
to help grow our customer base.
This role is STRICTLY COMMISSION-BASED, with a stipend provided to support transportation.
It is
purely sales-driven
.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is an active
sales and marketing role
, not an office-based position.
Successful candidates will:
Market Kayima Bistro’s food services
Generate
new customers and bulk orders
Promote:
- Lunch packs
- Home-made meals in bowls
- Catering services
- Corporate and bulk food orders
- Close sales and earn commission on every successful orderl
COMPENSATION
- Commission on every successful sale
- Stipend provided (transport support)
- No fixed salary – income is performance-based
The more you sell, the more you earn.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Previous sales/marketing experience is an advantage
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Abuja-based applicants preferred

- Anyone seeking a fixed monthly salary
- Anyone uncomfortable with commission-based work
- Anyone unwilling to actively sell
