• Market and sell the company’s real estate properties.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct site inspections and property presentations for clients.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an advantage.
