Job Description

About the Role

  • We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Person with 2–3 years of experience in IT sales.
  • You will be responsible for identifying prospects, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Sell IT products, solutions, and services to new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate deals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 2 – 3 years proven experience in IT sales or related field.
  • Good knowledge of IT solutions, products, and services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
