Job Description
About the Role
- We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Person with 2–3 years of experience in IT sales.
- You will be responsible for identifying prospects, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Sell IT products, solutions, and services to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 2 – 3 years proven experience in IT sales or related field.
- Good knowledge of IT solutions, products, and services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
