Introduction:
Zaph & Zoe Agro Exports is growing and we're looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional
who can connect buyers, close deals, and grow our customer base internationally.
The Opportunity:
We need someone who can identify potential customers, build relationships, negotiate deals, and bring in CONSISTENT SALES. If you're a natural networker with a passion for agriculture and business development, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and engage potential buyers (local exporters, feed mills, food processors, international buyers)
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop a robust sales pitch, pricing and system
- Maintain a pre-sale, sale and after sale system
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, trade shows, and online platforms
- Present our products, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Provide market feedback and insights to help us improve our offerings
Who You Are:
- Results-driven– You're motivated by targets and thrive on closing deals
- Strong communicator– You can pitch confidently in person, on calls, and via email/WhatsApp
- Self-starter– You take initiative and don't need hand-holding
- Connected or willing to build connections– You know how to network and open doors
- Agricultural knowledge is a plus– Understanding of agro commodities, export markets, or B2B sales is an advantage (but we can train the right person)

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (agro, commodities, FMCG, or export sectors preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong relationship-building abilities
