- The ideal candidate will be the face of our luxury brand, welcoming clients into our showroom, assisting them with product selections, and ensuring they have a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand client needs and recommend luxury home products.
- Assist with stock-taking, restocking, and showroom organization.
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and upselling.
- Maintain a professional, stylish appearance that reflects the brand.
- Keep accurate sales and customer records.
Requirements
- OND / NCE or equivalent qualification.
- 1 - 2 years experience in the relevant field.
- Creative and engaging personality.
- Professional and stylish sense of dress and presentation.
- Experience in stock-taking and inventory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience (luxury, retail, or real estate preferred).
