Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid product knowledge and persuasive communication.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience and refine sales strategies.
- Provide post-sale support and handle customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and industry events to stay updated on products and market conditions.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals as assigned by management.
