Sales Team Member (Oyo Office) at Oxygen

We are expanding our operations in Oyo State and are seeking passionate, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales Team Members to join our dynamic sales force.

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers across Oyo State.
• Promote Oxygen’s loan, credit, and financial solutions to individuals and businesses.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trend within Oyo State.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Team Manager.

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (minimum qualification: OND).
• Prior sales or marketing experience (financial services experience is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, with a strong passion for sales.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Must reside in Oyo State or be willing to relocate.
