- Are you an organized and proactive Secretary with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills? We're looking for a self-driven professional to join our team in Magboro.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized filing system.
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and prepare reports.
- Maintain calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries professionally.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Interested applicants must stay around the Work location within easy commuting distance in Magboro.
