Job Description

As our Senior Security Associate, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our warehouse facility, assets, and personnel within the fast-paced e-commerce supply chain. You will be responsible for the frontline implementation of security measures and the management of advanced surveillance systems to ensure a secure operational environment.

What you will be doing:

Security Implementation:
Enforce and implement robust security policies and procedures tailored to the warehouse facility.
Surveillance & Monitoring:
Manage and operate essential security technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Incident Response:
Respond effectively to security incidents and monitor surveillance systems for suspicious activity.
Emergency Planning:
Assist in developing emergency response plans and participate in regular drills to maintain team preparedness.
Access Control:
Regulate entry and exit points while maintaining precise records of all authorized personnel and visitors.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional departments to integrate security protocols into daily business operations and provide guidance on new initiatives.
Documentation:
Oversee the accurate and timely reporting of all security incidents to internal stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

Proven Experience:
Prior experience as a Security Specialist, ideally within a warehouse or industrial environment.
Technical Proficiency:
A strong understanding of modern security technologies, surveillance systems, and access control.
Emergency Preparedness:
Demonstrated knowledge of emergency response planning.
Communication Skills:
Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate across different teams.
Legal Familiarity:
Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security.
