Qualifications

OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field (or equivalent military/police experience).
3–5 years experience in private security, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and monitor security guards across multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, patrol routines, incident reporting, and access control systems.
Ability to conduct spot checks, post inspections, and ensure guards are in full compliance with company standards.
Familiarity with handling emergencies, conflict resolution, and report writing.
Good physical condition and alertness, with high integrity and discipline.
Proficient in basic computer use (for logging reports, emails, and schedules).
Excellent communication skills, especially for interacting with clients and enforcement agencies.
Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and be available for emergency deployments.
