Senior 3D Generalist at Skrybe World Limited

Location: Fully remote (candidates must be based in Lagos or Abuja, Nigeria)

Skrybe, a UK-based innovator in medical skin-marking tools, seeks an Elite 3D Generalist to create high-quality, photorealistic 3D assets and animations for marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals in the UK and USA.

This role will produce premium, storytelling-driven visuals (similar to FIGS, Nike, or Apple) to showcase Skrybe’s range of medical markers, delivering assets that align with global aesthetic standards and elevate our brand presence.

• Design and render high-quality 3D assets for marketing campaigns, including product visuals and lifestyle integrations for Skrybe’s medical markers.
• Produce photorealistic stills and short animations for use across digital and print campaigns (Instagram, YouTube, brochures).
• Manage end-to-end 3D pipelines, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, ensuring premium quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop 3D visuals that resonate with healthcare and aesthetic professionals in the UK and USA.
• Deliver assets with clean typography, restrained effects, and professional pacing/color schemes, avoiding overdesigned or localized aesthetics.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from UK HQ to optimize visuals for engagement in primary markets (UK and USA).
• Stay updated on global 3D design trends in medical aesthetics and premium branding to ensure work meets industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or similar) strongly preferred; degrees in creative fields (3D Design, Animation) considered but less prioritized.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in 3D design, with a focus on photorealistic renders and premium campaign visuals.
• Proficiency in Cinema4D, Blender, and Redshift (or Octane) for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Portfolio showcasing photorealistic product renders and lifestyle mockups comparable to premium brands like FIGS, Nike, or Apple (no cartoonish or game-style 3D).
• Strong skills in modeling, texturing, and lighting, with no reliance on unrefined templates or prebuilt assets.
• Deep understanding of visual branding for global markets, particularly the UK and USA healthcare/aesthetics sectors.
• Fluent written and spoken English; ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
• Professionalism: Reliable, deadline-driven, with mandatory access to professional-grade hardware capable of handling advanced 3D rendering workflows, licensed rendering software, and high-speed, stable internet.
• Mindset: Curious, open to feedback, and aware of global design trends, avoiding defensive responses.
