Job Description

Summary

Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Revenue Operations Accountant to join its growing team.
The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to design efficient close processes, streamline domestic and international reporting, and drive automation across key revenue areas.
This role will also lead critical accounting projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability as the business continues to grow.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations across various revenue and balance sheet accounts.
Analyze monthly financial results, variances, and trends across business units, segments, and regions; investigate discrepancies and provide insights.
Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs and reporting metrics for revenue operations.
Collaborate with the Global Business Services (GBS) team to automate, streamline, and review accounting processes.
Partner with financial statement line-item owners and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Product, etc.) to ensure accurate reporting.
Lead and execute process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Own internal controls documentation; enhance and maintain compliance with SOX and internal policies.
Support external audit requests, internal audit testing, and special projects as needed.
Create efficient end-to-end processes that improve accuracy, timeliness, and transparency in reporting.

Person Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting or finance experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey key information clearly to partners and stakeholders.
