Job Description
Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting SBSC’s portfolio of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across technology, HR consulting, and staff augmentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Software development, HR and Consulting teams) to design tailored solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.
- Represent SBSC at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (experience in tech/consulting preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with technology solutions and HR services is an advantage.
