Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior DevOps Engineer located in Lagos, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC), developing software solutions, ensuring continuous integration, administrating systems, and managing Linux environments.
Daily tasks will include automating deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, ensuring high availability and reliability, collaborating with development teams, and enhancing system performance.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Must have a minimum of 5 Years work experience is needed to succeed in this role.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as code (IaC) tools
Experience in Software Development
Knowledge of Continuous Integration processes
System Administration experience
Familiarity with Linux operating systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with cloud platforms is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are advantageous.
