Senior Energy Components & Production Applications Support Specialist (Level 3) at Quintevo Nigeria Limited

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Energy Components & Production Applications Support Specialist (Level 3) to provide expert-level support for Energy Components (EC), production optimization, and data quality control (QC). This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy of production data and regulatory reporting to NNPC, NAPIMS, and DPR, while driving efficiency and compliance in production operations.

1. Provide advanced support for Energy Components (EC) and production optimization applications.
2. Oversee production data validation, reconciliation, and quality control.
3. Prepare and validate regulatory reports for NNPC, NAPIMS, and DPR.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application and data-related issues.
5. Collaborate with production engineers, IT teams, and business users to optimize workflows.
6. Manage application upgrades, patches, and integrations.
7. Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory reporting standards.
8. Mentor Level 1 and 2 support analysts on EC and production data processes.
9. Document workflows, best practices, and lessons learned.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 10+ years’ experience supporting Energy Components (EC) or production optimization applications.
3. Strong knowledge of production reporting and data QC processes.
4. Experience working with Nigerian oil & gas regulatory reporting (NNPC, NAPIMS, DPR).
5. Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools.
6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Relevant certifications (Energy Components, ITIL, or Oil & Gas Data Management) are an advantage.
